Preserve the ballots on all elections that have used voting machines so the votes can be hand counted and reconciled to the tabulator tapes of the voting machines. Some counties don't have paper ballots so machine preservation is needed for forensic analysis. Proof: 2019 Kentucky Governor Race was won by Democrat Andy Beshear by 5,189 votes over Republican Matt Bevin while the down ticket was won by all republicans. See link below.

The election was November 5, 2019 and the ballots are kept for 22 months.  The County clerks of Kentucky still have the ballots until October 31, 2021 or November 4, 2021? The evidence needs to be preserved. & examined. See link: the Republican-controlled General Assembly this year that stripped embattled Democratic incumbent Alison Lundergan Grimes — who is term limited — from her voting powers on the State Board of Elections.  Grimes is facing a series of allegations that she abused her power while in office and is the subject of multiple state investigations. See link. Found Guilty twice in Federal Count as sued by Judicial Watch for dirtiest voter roll.  See link.  Then illegitimate Beshear pardoned 140,000 felons to pad the voter roll which gives the Democrats back ghost voters / registered voters to cheat vote, that they just removed, as ordered by a Federal Court Judge.   

 Recanvassing:  Beshear declared victory after the initial vote count, selecting J. Michael Brown to lead his transition team. Bevin refused to concede and requested a recanvassing of the vote, which took place on November 14. A recanvassing is a reprint of the voting receipts from each voting machine and is done to make sure county officials recorded vote totals correctly. It is not a recount, which the Kentucky State Constitution does not permit for gubernatorial races. (IS THIS TRUE? ) The recanvass resulted in only one change, an additional vote for Independent candidate Blackii Effing Whyte, and Bevin conceded that day.

 Alleging illegally run election:  Kentucky Elections Krs.117.275  Is not being followed.  Witnesses that should be checking the vote count are intimidated by the Secretary of State, County Attorney, Sheriff, County Clerk, and local election boards. They are disenfranchising the voters by using the tabulator machines without reconciling by hand. Plus they are not trained to check the vote count.  They are told they cannot count the votes. No provisions for candidates or representatives to witness and check the count of the votes have been made. RATHER poll workers count the number of signatures on the poll book and match the number of ballots on the tabulator tape. Poll worker, stated that she does not know why Calloway County would buy new machines when there was nothing wrong with the old ones.  Also note that the  poll workers training manuals of 2020 appear to  misquote statutory language.KRS 117.275 excerpt

 8. Paul has pushed for criminal justice reform. In February 2014, he appeared before a committee at the Kentucky Senate to argue for restoration of voting rights for nonviolent Kentucky felons, and in February this year filed a bill that would restore federal voting rights. These laws state that the votes are to be counted, not just the ballots. Here in Kentucky, poll workers are saying the votes aren't being counted, going against these versions of the law.

Dominion has patents to watch the election real time & alter votes real time.  They can flip votes and run algorithms. 2006 Diebold whistle blower blower said 1 person could alter votes.  Leads me (Sidney Powell) to believe the elected officials have participated in fraudulent elections.  Department of Defense patented process 2005 to monitor elections and interest in patent to predetermine election results held by DOD Department of

Despite the repeated claims that  the October Wisconsin election audit of the state’s voting machines  showed that the 2020 election results were “secure,” Republicans have  compiled documented evidence to contradict this claim.
